These stainless steel brackets are the most effective form of fastening available for extra large and heavy furniture. While rigid "L" brackets can come unscrewed when connected to very heavy items and placed under seismic stress, and straps can likewise be overstrained, Seisamflex Brackets resist and absorb seismic motion to minimize stress on the connection. These brackets connect to a wall stud and either screw in or adhere to the item, depending on the model selected. Kit contains: (2) 2"x4" or 2"x6" stainless spring steel brackets, tek and lag screws, cover-up caps; adhesive version's brackets backed with 3M VHB adhesive tape.
