Adjustable Furniture Strap Kit |

These straps are designed for flexibility in securing furniture positioned
near a wall. The swivel cam buckle automatically locks the high-strength Nylon strap into
place after it has been adjusted to length (between 1" and 14" away from wall). The strap can
be installed in a variety of orientations, and can usually be positioned so that it is
out of sight. The strap is also easy to detach, so that repositioning the item is a snap.
This product's long reach and variety of installation options
makes it ideal for oddly shaped or hard-to-reach furniture.

These 20-gauge stainless steel plates attach at either the top or the back of multi-unit pieces of furniture to
fortify them against jarring and falling during an earthquake. These plates can be used in

Internal Plate Washers |

Internal Plate Washers inconspicuously supplement other fastening methods to improve the stability of
tall, heavy or multi-unit items that are bolted to the wall or floor. These plates screw into
the
back of items and reduce stress by distributing force over a
larger area, keeping items from splintering or yanking away from their lag bolts.
The different "point" kits feature more or fewer fastening points, and allow
for as much fastening as an item requires. Standard cabinets can usually be secured with
a two-point
kit. Larger, more top-heavy items may need three or four points of attachment. The Hilti
Kwik-Con anchors are less intrusive than the alternative and easier to remove. Two kits are
available, for wall- or floor-attached items. The wall kit comes with both metal and wooden
screws to best accomodate your wall.
